These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drobe mobile application and website at my-drobe.com (the "Service"), operated by NEXTLEVELTEK EOOD ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including garment photos, outfit compositions, and profile information ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
When you publish an outfit to the community feed, you grant other Drobe users a perpetual, non-revocable licence to view and interact with that content within the Service. Published outfits remain public permanently and cannot be unpublished. Please review your content carefully before publishing.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, Style DNA profiles, and other recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. You are solely responsible for your fashion choices.
The Bazaar allows users to list garments for sale or exchange with other users. Drobe facilitates the listing and discovery of these items but is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Transactions are conducted at your own risk.
Shop product recommendations may include affiliate links. When you purchase through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence AI-generated outfit recommendations.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing frequency are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by NEXTLEVELTEK EOOD and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drobe, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
